A space to feel heard

Genuine, honest and open — so trust can grow.

I am an integrative practitioner, which means I offer a range of therapeutic approaches to suit the unique requirements of each individual. I constantly update my skills and knowledge to deliver my clients the best and most up-to-date therapy.

For the therapeutic process to be effective, the relationship between client and therapist is paramount. I pride myself on my ability to offer a genuine, honest and open approach, so that we can quickly nurture a trusting therapeutic relationship and a safe psychological space for you to gently and honestly explore what is going on for you.

Life is not always smooth. Sometimes we have the resources to deal with whatever life throws at us; sometimes we don’t — and that’s ok. My role is to walk beside you if you feel stuck, broken or simply need to be heard.

How I work

One story at a time, tailored to you

Every person brings a unique story, and therapy should be tailored accordingly. I draw on a range of approaches to suit the needs of each individual or couple.

Working with individuals

A supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable. My particular interests include trauma, anxiety, self-esteem and the connection between emotional wellbeing and the body.

Working with couples

A systemic approach that explores patterns of interaction within the relationship — and how these are shaped by family experiences, culture, beliefs and life history. Helpful when communication has broken down and you feel caught in cycles of conflict or misunderstanding.

Taking the first step is often the hardest.

If any of this resonates, I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute call to talk things through and see whether we might be a good fit to work together.
